Perfficiency conducted a thorough analysis of the reporting and management information available at BCA Automotive along with obtaining the requirements of the senior management team. Perfficiency implemented a project to integrate an advanced Business Intelligence platform in the form of IBM Cognos to be used to continuously analyse and provide detailed real time information associated to the BCA TMS.
The project was managed from the start by Perfficiency including a detailed selection process on the most suitable BI platform to BCA, the procurement process and also the integration along with continued management on the reporting requirements from BCA.
