Since WS Transportation was incorporated in 2014, Perfficiency have been heavily involved in improving and developing their business across the board. We have helped transform a relatively small family run style business into a nationally recognised transport company with revenue’s in excess of £30m per annum which continues to grow.
WS Transportation are a specialist logistics provider specialising in the construction industry. WS Transportation have in excess of 300 hundred employee’s, 250 vehicles and operate logistics solutions for many of the UK’s biggest companies associated with construction.
Perfficiency have and continue to work with WS Transportation on:
- Transport Management & Telematics systems – Perfficiency conducted a sourcing process from a number of suppliers and recommended then implemented a change to a new TMS and Telematics solution, of which is one of the most advanced currently seen in the Transport Industry
- Business development, Perfficiency manage WS Transportation’s bidding and pricing processes
- IT & Telecommunication Management, Perfficiency manage the contracts for WS Transportation in relation to IT and Telecommunication outsourcing
- Cost Modelling & Profitability Analysis, we have built WS Transportation tools and models to quickly turnaround competitive profitable quotes and also tools to analyse ongoing profitability
- Strategic Development, as we have an ongoing long term relationship with WS Transportation we are always working with them, helping generate ideas on their next move to continue to grow and improve.
Perfficiency have been involved in developing our business since its inception in 2014. With their help we have been able to double our revenues year on year for the past four years, we now have an annual turnover in excess of £30m.
